Account Executive
Supy
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team in Sydney. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and maintaining strong relationships with customers across Australia with a focus on NSW. Reporting to the Country Manager of Australia, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. A strong preference is given to candidates with a proven track record in outbound sales.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic outbound sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand Supy's customer base across NSW.
- Proactively identify and engage with potential customers through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services.
- Collaborate with the Country Manager and other APAC based team members to develop best in class inventory solutions for customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Country Manager for your territory.
You will be a great fit with
- Experience in hospo tech, inventory management, POS and/or F&B industry knowledge.
- Proven track record of regularly achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Solutions based sales mindset.
- A self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented vision.
- Familiarity with Hubspot and G Suite.
