Our platform helps restaurant operators streamline procurement, stock control, and menu engineering to maximize efficiency and profitability. We are expanding our global footprint and looking for a dynamic Sales Development Manager to lead our SDR team in India.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to lead and scale our SDR (Sales Development Representative) team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large outbound-driven SDR teams, driving pipeline growth, and optimizing sales development strategies. This role requires a hands-on leader who can mentor, strategize, and execute at a high level to support Supy's aggressive growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and scale a high-performing outbound SDR team targeting global markets.
  • Develop and implement sales development strategies to drive pipeline growth for Enterprise and SMB sales teams.
  • Set clear performance KPIs, track progress, and ensure targets are met consistently.
  • Coach, mentor, and train SDRs to improve prospecting, outreach, and qualification techniques.
  • Optimize outbound sequences, messaging, and automation tools to maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to improve conversion rates and SDR effectiveness.
  • Hire, onboard, and retain top SDR talent to scale the team effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Must have 4+ years of experience managing large outbound SDR teams in a SaaS or B2B tech env

  • have B2B SaaS experience with a strong understanding of outbound prospecting and sales automation tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, HubSpot, Salesloft, etc.).Demon
