Supy is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company transforming the way restaurants manage inventory, procurement, and operations. Our platform empowers businesses to optimize costs, streamline supply chains, and improve efficiency. As we expand, we're looking for a Junior Lead Generation Specialist to help fuel our sales pipeline by identifying high-quality leads that match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads in the restaurant industry across target markets.
  • Build and maintain lead lists of key decision-makers (Owners, Procurement Heads, Finance Directors, etc.).
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and other prospecting databases to gather and validate lead information.
  • Enrich and verify lead data to ensure accuracy before passing them to the SDR team.
  • Work closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to prioritize high-value prospects for outreach.
  • Track, manage, and update leads using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to refine lead-generation strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 0-2 years of experience in lead generation, sales research, or a similar role (freshers with strong research skills are welcome).
  • Strong ability to research and identify potential customers based on ICP.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar lead-gen tools (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Basic understanding of B2B SaaS sales and prospecting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets.
  • Strong communication skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
