Account Manager (Melbourne)

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our Melbourne team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing and growing relationships with our clients across Australia and the wider APAC region. Reporting to the Country Manager of Australia, you’ll ensure customer satisfaction, drive product adoption, and identify opportunities for growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with newly onboarded and existing clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Develop and execute account management strategies to retain customers, increase product adoption, and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess client success and present tailored solutions to enhance operations.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Monitor industry trends and client feedback to recommend product improvements.
  • Provide regular account performance updates to the Country Manager.
  • Visit clients on-site as needed to strengthen relationships.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in hospitality tech, inventory management, POS, or the food & beverage industry is a plus.
  • Proven track record in account management, customer success, or a similar role.
  • Willingness to conduct frequent in person meetings
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and G Suite is an advantage.
