We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fast-growing team at Supy. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, leading with outbound prospecting to help us expand our presence across APAC. Reporting directly to the Country Manager, you’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and supporting Supy’s growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Identify and engage with potential customers through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and in-person visits
  • Qualify leads to ensure they align with Supy’s ideal customer profile and set up meetings for Account Executives
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers in HubSpot
  • Research and understand customer challenges to deliver tailored outreach strategies
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine messaging and improve lead generation techniques
  • Stay informed on hospitality industry trends to identify new opportunities
  • Respond to inbound enquiries and route qualified leads to the appropriate Account Executive
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in outbound sales, business development, or hospitality is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage new contacts and build relationships
  • A self-starter who’s motivated by achieving goals and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to handle challenges with a positive mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (like HubSpot) is an advantage
