We’re looking for a commercially-minded relationship builder to join our team in Riyadh. This hybrid role blends account management and business development, with a strong focus on deepening relationships with banks and lenders, driving performance, and unlocking new opportunities through cross-selling.
You’ll be responsible for managing key accounts, ensuring our partners are supported and successful, while also identifying and negotiating new commercial opportunities. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who understands the financial services landscape in Saudi and knows how to turn relationships into results.
- Lead and manage relationships with key banking and lending partners in KSA, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Ensure partners are fully supported and engaged, driving adoption and performance across Tarabut’s product suite.
- Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities, working with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet partner needs.
- Negotiate and close commercial deals that align with our strategic goals and deliver long-term value.
- Leverage your market knowledge and network to support strategic growth and deepen Tarabut’s presence in the Saudi financial ecosystem.
- Collaborate with Product, Commercial, and Marketing teams to deliver go-to-market strategies and ensure partner success.
- Represent Tarabut externally at industry events, forums, and partner meetings, building brand visibility and credibility.
- Provide regular feedback and insights from partners to inform product development and strategic decisions.
- Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
- Proven experience working with banks or lenders in a similar role, this is not a generalist BD role.
- Strong understanding of fintech, open banking, embedded finance and data-driven products.
- Well-connected within the KSA financial ecosystem, with the ability to open doors and build trust quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close commercial deals, with a track record of delivering results.
- Commercial mindset with a strong bias for execution, you know how to get things done and drive growth.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with fluency in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift and opportunities evolve.
