Job Description
This role is responsible for shaping how Tarabut is perceived both externally and internally. Beyond managing communications, this role builds and amplifies Tarabut’s brand presence, ensuring Tarabut becomes a well‑known, trusted, and respected financial technology brand in Saudi Arabia and across the GCC.
You will own how Tarabut shows up in the market: the story we tell, the credibility we build, and the reputation we reinforce across all audiences; regulators, partners, ecosystem leaders, media, and our own internal teams.
This is a communications‑led marketing role focused on brand, narrative, ecosystem visibility, and reputation building.
Brand Leadership & Positioning
- Build and strengthen Tarabut’s brand identity across KSA and the wider region.
- Ensure Tarabut becomes a recognisable and respected brand within the fintech ecosystem.
- Shape how Tarabut is perceived internally and externally — ensuring consistency, confidence, and clarity.
- Own Tarabut’s brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all markets.
- Align brand and narrative with Saudi Vision 2030 and relevant regional fintech priorities.
PR, Communications & Narrative
- Lead and manage Tarabut’s PR and communications strategy across all GCC markets.
- Develop clear, credible narratives that simplify complex fintech and regulatory topics.
- Drive media engagement, press releases, ecosystem announcements, and thought‑leadership content.
- Support senior leadership with speeches, panel preparation, opinion pieces, and public positioning.
Social Media & Content
- Own and grow Tarabut’s LinkedIn presence as the primary external communications channel.
- Build a strong, consistent content calendar that highlights key milestones, partnerships, products, and people.
- Transform internal updates into strategic brand‑building stories.
- Ensure all content is impactful, relevant, and credibility‑enhancing
Ecosystem, Events & Partnerships
- Build Tarabut’s visibility across the fintech ecosystem in KSA and the GCC (Fintech Saudi, LEAP, conferences, forums).
- Support events, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem engagement activities.
- Coordinate joint announcements and communications with partners.
Agency & Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with PR, media, and creative agencies.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Commercial, Compliance, Leadership, and People teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on reputation, communications, and brand strategy
Requirements
- 5–8+ years’ experience in PR, communications, or brand marketing, ideally within fintech, financial services, or B2B technology.
- Demonstrated success shaping external communications and brand presence across GCC markets.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and executive‑level messaging skills.
- Deep understanding of the Saudi market and regional business context.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Comfortable working hands‑on in a lean, fast‑moving environment.
This role is open to Saudi and GCC nationals only.
