Job Description

The Junior Account Manager is responsible for supporting the growth of Tarabut’s IBAN verification product by identifying prospects, managing early‑stage partner relationships, and driving acquisition activities across the KSA market. This role is ideal for someone early in their commercial career who is proactive, driven, eager to learn, and aligned with Tarabut’s values.

The position offers significant development and progression opportunities for the right individual, including potential advancement into senior account management, partnerships, or commercial strategy roles.

What You'll Be Doing

Sales & Business Development (IBAN Verification Focus)
  • Identify and qualify new prospects for the IBAN verification product across fintechs, merchants, SMEs, and digital platforms.
  • Conduct outreach activities (email, calls, events) to generate pipeline and schedule discovery meetings.
  • Support senior team members in pitching, preparing proposals, and managing early‑stage negotiations.
  • Build understanding of common IBAN verification use cases and communicate value effectively to potential customers.

Account Support & Relationship Management

  • Assist in managing existing IBAN verification clients, including onboarding support, documentation coordination, and answering basic account queries.
  • Track partner performance, coordinate renewals, and ensure day‑to‑day follow‑ups are completed.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting.

Collaboration & Cross‑Functional Support

  • Work closely with Product and other teams to support the end‑to‑end partner journey.
  • Help prepare materials for go‑live processes, product demos, and customer training sessions.
  • Assist with event preparation and brand presence at industry engagements.

Learning, Growth & Development

  • Actively build product knowledge across IBAN verification, embedded finance, and Tarabut’s wider open finance solutions.
  • Develop commercial skills (negotiation, influencing, discovery, objection handling).
  • Demonstrate consistent initiative, ownership, and willingness to take on increased responsibility over time.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, fintech operations, or related roles (internships included).
  • Genuine interest in fintech, digital payments, banking, or financial infrastructure.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers.
  • Ability to stay organised, follow through, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
