About The Role

As an Account Opening Representative at Thndr, you'll be responsible for helping our app users open their account by verifying their documents and making sure they meet our qualifications, then filling out their data on our system, and also being responsible for keeping an eye out for errors and asking for any missing information. As it's your call making sure that all accounts will be opened correctly with the correct documents.

And as a part of our KYC processes, our team works 24/7 in rotational shift.

What You'll Do

  • Check and confirm that documents sent by users are correct.

  • Enter the user's information accurately into our computer system.

  • Approve the user's form only after the data has been entered.

  • Look out for any mistakes or errors in the documents or system.

  • Contact users if any information is missing or needs to be fixed.

  • Act as a Thndr representative, using excellent communication skills when contacting users

What You'll Need

  • Comfortable using computers and common programs (like MS Office).

  • Ability to type quickly (around 30–70 WPM) and with very high accuracy.

  • Excellent attention to detail for correctly inputting data from various sources.

  • High level of efficiency, consistency, and a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

  • Absolute dedication to professionalism and keeping information confidential.

  • Good knowledge of basic grammar and punctuation.

  • Ability to manage time well and meet deadlines for large data volumes.

  • Commitment to strictly follow company policies, data privacy rules, and confidentiality standards.

  • Communicate effectively in English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud tools (like Google Drive) or remote team tools (like Slack/Trello).

  • Willingness and ability to quickly learn new software or tools.

  • Good verbal and written skills for talking with the team and answering questions.

  • Familiarity with tools or methods used to check and clean up data.
