As an Ground operations manager for umrahme, your primary role is to ensure a smooth and memorable experience for our individual and group customers during their Umrah pilgrimage in KSA. You will manage a team of 2 on ground agents who will ensure the pilgrims get the assistance with accommodation, transportation, and various aspects of their journey.
- Ensure effective coordination between the onground team members, to provide the best assistance to Umrah pilgrims upon their arrival in KSA,
- Ensuring the pilgrims receive a warm welcome and seamless entry into the country.
- Coordinate transportation for groups and individuals, ensuring timely and comfortable travel to pilgrimage sites and accommodations.
- Manage accommodation, making sure they meet the needs and preferences of the customers.
- Provide guidance and support to customers, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or emergencies that may arise. Handle escalations and address customer complaints where necessary.
- Liaise with local partners and suppliers to ensure the highest level of service and satisfaction for our customers.
- Handle logistical challenges efficiently, making quick decisions to minimize disruptions to customers' Umrah experience.
Experience required: (eg: Industry expertise, years in the role, background)
· Experience in customer services/passenger handling.
Must have skills/ requirements: (Eg: Language/ Driving license)
· Valid KSA Driving license and own car.
· Must be able to speak fluent Arabic and English
· Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
· Strong organizational abilities to manage various aspects of Umrah travel.
· Flexibility and adaptability to handle dynamic situations and changing customer needs.
Good to have skills/requirements: (Eg: Language/ Driving license)
· Prior experience in the travel industry or Umrah services is advantageous.
