Role Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Telesales Executive to support our SaaS business line by generating and qualifying B2B leads through outbound calling. This role plays a critical part in building our travel partner pipeline and accelerating revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective B2B travel agencies and corporate travel partners.
Pitch Holidayme’s SaaS travel technology solutions and clearly articulate product value.
Qualify leads, identify key decision-makers, and book demos for the sales team.
Maintain accurate lead and activity data in the CRM.
Follow up through calls and emails to nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
Achieve daily and monthly call, lead qualification, and demo-booking targets.
Requirements
2–3 years of telesales or outbound sales experience, preferably in SaaS, travel tech, or travel B2B solutions.
Strong communication, objection-handling, and persuasion skills.
Proven ability to work with targets and KPIs in a high-volume calling environment.
Basic understanding of SaaS sales cycles and B2B customer needs is an advantage.
Experience using CRM systems and standard productivity tools.
