Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to drive top-of-the-funnel growth for our SaaS business. This role goes beyond calling—focusing on account targeting, lead qualification, and supporting pipeline creation and growth across regional and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own outbound lead generation for assigned B2B accounts across UAE and GCC.
- Identify, research, and prioritize high-potential travel businesses and decision-makers.
- Conduct consultative outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Clearly position Holidayme’s SaaS solutions and qualify leads based on need, budget, and readiness.
- Schedule high-quality demos and hand over well-qualified opportunities to sales.
- Maintain clean, up-to-date CRM data and provide lead insights to sales and marketing teams.
- Track lead performance, conversion metrics, and suggest improvements to outreach strategies.
- Act as a mentor or point of escalation for junior lead generation/telesales resources (where applicable).
Requirements
- 3-4 years of lead generation or inside sales experience in SaaS, B2B tech, or travel technology.
- Understanding of travel technology solutions, B2B SaaS sales funnels and qualification framework.
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic; French preferred (not mandatory).
- Open to working evening or night shifts a few days per week to support global markets
- Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Comfortable working with targets, dashboards, and CRM-driven sales environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- GCC market exposure is a strong advantage.
