Job Description - Operations Manager

This role will based out in India and would be 6 days working on rotational shift and weekoff.

Job Description

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience into operations

• Order management and Data entry

• Scheduling and Monitoring of orders

• Coordination with Customers and other partners

• MIS reporting

• Familiar with Google sheets and Excel

• Previous experience in laboratories, clinics or hospitals is preferable but not required Qualifications • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

• Working knowledge of office equipment

• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
