🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of modern web and mobile interfaces using React.js, Next.js, and React Native.
• Ensure seamless performance, SEO-friendliness, and accessibility across devices and platforms.
• Drive SSR, SSG, Core Web Vitals optimisation, and structured data for technical SEO excellence.
• Build and maintain shared component libraries for cross-platform use (web + mobile).
• Collaborate across product, backend, design, and QA to deliver pixel-perfect, high-performing applications.
• Champion engineering best practices: clean code, scalable architecture, code reviews, testing, and performance tuning.
• Mentor and guide a growing frontend team, driving continuous improvement and ownership culture.
• Quickly understand new requirements, adapt to product pivots, and deliver with agility and accountability.

✅ Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of frontend development, including React.js, React Native, and team/project leadership.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), Next.js, Redux, Hooks, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and responsive design.
• Experience with mobile app release processes (Google Play & Apple App Store) is a plus.
• Solid grasp of REST APIs, Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and modern UI/UX best practices.

🌟 Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare tech, HIPAA/GDPR compliance, or building for regulated industries.
• Familiarity with Firebase, Google Tag Manager, analytics tools, and performance monitoring (Sentry, Crashlytics).
• Exposure to headless CMSs (Contentful, Strapi), A/B testing, and serverless environments (AWS/Firebase).
• Proven ability to learn quickly, own projects end-to-end, and adapt to changing priorities.
