We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead P&L, strategic planning, and operational excellence across Qatar. This leader will own revenue growth targets, streamline operational workflows, and execute market expansion initiatives in alignment with Valeo Health’s overarching goals in the region.

• P&L Ownership & Financial Performance
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for Qatar operations.
• Identify growth levers, monitor KPIs, and deliver scalable profitability.
• Strategic Planning & Execution
• Shape market entry and expansion strategies for Qatar.
• Analyze healthcare markets, define service offerings, and lead execution of strategic initiatives.
• Operational Efficiency & Process Optimization
• Optimize clinical and administrative workflows including tele‑health and digital intake.
• Set performance standards and ensure consistent operational excellence.
• Partnership & Stakeholder Management
• Forge relationships with public and private healthcare partners, insurers, government entities, and regulatory bodies.
• Represent Valeo Health in industry forums, advocacy engagements, and strategic collaborations.
• Cross-functional Leadership
• Collaborate with regional teams (tech, clinical, marketing, customer success, compliance) to drive integrated outcomes.
• Ensure seamless collaboration and alignment with broader MENA initiatives.
• Team Development & Culture
• Build and mentor a results-driven operations and strategy team.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and patient-centric excellence.

• Experience: 10+ years in strategy, operations, or general management—preferably within healthcare, insurance, digital health, or tech-enabled services in the GCC.
• Proven Owner: Prior P&L leadership and growth delivery.
• Market Smarts: Deep understanding of Qatar’s healthcare ecosystem, regulations, and payer landscape.
• Analytical & Strategic Thinker: Comfortable driving data-based strategy, market sizing, financial modeling, trend forecasting.
• Operations Expert: Expertise in process improvement, digital adoption, and operational scalability.
• Strong Communicator: Capable of managing cross-functional teams and presenting at executive and partnership levels.
• Education: Advanced business degree (e.g., MBA) or healthcare equivalent preferred.
