  • Market Insights: You’ll keep your finger on the pulse of the market, conducting research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Zid to align commercial strategies with our broader business goals. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to drive Zid’s commercial success.
  • Team Leadership: Build, lead and inspire a high-performing commercial team, guiding them toward achieving Zid’s revenue and profitability goals.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced Leader: You bring 8-10 years of experience in commercial roles, with a strong background in contract negotiation and pricing.
  • Growth-Oriented: You have a proven track record of driving profitability and cost management, ideally in sectors like eCommerce, SaaS, B2B, or B2C.
  • Strong Communicator: You can build strong relationships, both internally with teams and externally with partners, and guide your team toward success.
  • Strategic Thinker: You are skilled at analyzing data, making informed decisions, and adapting to a fast-changing business environment.
