The Roles

1. Product Marketing - Partner Portal

We're looking for a strategic, commercially savvy, and collaborative Product Marketing Manager to lead our partner ecosystem marketing efforts. You’ll develop and execute marketing strategies to attract, engage, and grow our network of partners, ultimately adding value for our merchants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing strategies for Zid's partner ecosystem (developers, service providers, payment, and logistics partners).
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new partner integrations and joint offerings.
  • Create content and marketing materials to attract new partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partner marketing efforts.
  • Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Lead product marketing efforts for the partners portal and develop strategies to drive adoption.

2. Product Marketing - POS and Payment

Spearhead our POS and Payment product marketing initiatives. You'll drive adoption and engagement for our POS systems and payment solutions, supporting Zid’s omnichannel strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop product marketing strategies for our POS system and payment solutions.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new features in the POS and Payment space.
  • Create engaging content to drive product adoption.
  • Conduct market research and analyze product performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development and marketing efforts.

3. Product Marketing - eCommerce and Logistics

Drive our mobile-first strategy and community-building efforts to accelerate merchant growth and adoption of Zid's eCommerce and Logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing strategies for our eCommerce platform and Logistics solutions.
  • Lead the go-to-market strategy for new features in the eCommerce and Logistics space.
  • Create compelling content for various channels to drive product adoption.
  • Conduct market research and develop sales enablement materials.
  • Support partner marketing initiatives and co-marketing opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, eCommerce, POS systems, or Logistics.
  • Proven track record of building and growing successful products or partner programs.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in creating and pricing bundled offerings or joint promotions.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex features into compelling benefits.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing and acting on marketing metrics.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English.
