We are looking for a Manager, Revenue Performance & Process Optimization to lead and refine revenue processes, enhance merchant experience, and drive efficiency across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.

What You’ll Do
1- Merchant Journey Mapping & Process Optimization
- Map, document, and optimize the merchant lifecycle from lead acquisition to retention.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and drop-off points in the revenue funnel.
- Implement a data-driven framework to enhance handoffs between teams.
- Leverage Customer Data Platform (CDP) insights to personalize merchant interactions.
- Develop SOPs, playbooks, and documentation to ensure process scalability.
2- Revenue Process Execution & Optimization
- Own and refine the lead-to-revenue process, ensuring smooth transitions between Product-Led Growth (PLG), Sales-Led Growth (SLG), Partnerships, and Enterprise Acquisition.
- Work with Marketing & Sales to enhance lead scoring models and funnel conversion.
- Conduct workflow audits, process simulations, and A/B testing for continuous improvement.
- Optimize HubSpot CRM, automation rules, and predictive lead nurturing strategies.
- Ensure data integrity across HubSpot, CDP, and revenue tools for accurate forecasting.
3- Success Measurement & Performance Tracking
- Define and track key success metrics (KPIs) for acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Build real-time revenue dashboards to monitor subscription growth, churn, and upsell trends.
- Utilize CDP analytics to uncover merchant behavior patterns and segmentation opportunities.
- Establish a closed-loop feedback system to align revenue processes with business goals.
4- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Enablement
- Act as the RevOps lead for process governance, aligning Sales, Marketing, Merchant Experience, and Finance.
- Enable teams with training, documentation, and playbooks to enhance revenue execution.
- Work closely with Product & Engineering to align revenue processes with system capabilities.
- Partner with Data Analytics & Systems Automation teams for seamless data integration and reporting.

- Have experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or process optimization within SaaS, eCommerce, or FinTech.
- Are comfortable working across multiple teams, aligning stakeholders, and driving cross-functional initiatives.
- Have expertise in workflow automation, CRM tools like HubSpot, CDPs, and business intelligence platforms.
- Are proactive, solution-oriented, and have a continuous improvement mindset.
- Can create detailed SOPs, process playbooks, and documentation to ensure process repeatability and efficiency.
- Have strong project management skills and can handle multiple priorities effectively.
Who You Are?
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Process Optimization, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics within SaaS, eCommerce, or FinTech.
- Proven ability to map, document, and optimize business processes in fast-paced environments.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, CDP, BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Metabase), and process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Miro).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Experience in lead funnel optimization, workflow automation, and revenue performance tracking.
- Ability to align cross-functional teams on revenue goals and process improvements.
- Excellent documentation skills, with experience creating SOPs, playbooks, and internal knowledge bases.
- Project management expertise with a focus on continuous improvement.
