We are looking for a Senior Specialist, Merchants Relations to serve as a strategic partner for our most valuable merchants. You will own relationships with large-scale merchants, ensuring satisfaction, trust, and long-term success through personalized support, strategic growth initiatives, and data-driven recommendations.

Your mission? Create impactful relationships that drive growth, retention, and success across merchant lifecycle.
What You’ll Do?
1. Merchants Relationship Management & Strategic Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value merchants.
- Build trust-based relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Deliver tailored support to meet the unique needs of each merchant.
- Resolve complex issues with urgency and professionalism.
2. Business Insights & Performance Analytics
- Monitor and analyze merchants performance, identifying growth areas and risks.
- Deliver advanced reporting and strategic insights to drive merchant success.
- Use data to make recommendations that support merchant performance optimization.
3. Account Growth & Retention Strategy
- Conduct regular account health checks and proactive risk assessments.
- Develop upselling, cross-selling, and referral strategies tailored to each merchants.
- Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and related teams to launch campaigns that drive merchant revenue.
- Design churn-prevention strategies and act swiftly to re-engage at-risk accounts.
4. Product Adoption & Experience Enhancement
- Support merchants in leveraging Zid’s full suite of products and services.
- Lead initiatives that increase product usage and operational efficiency.
- Gather feedback and implement best practices to continuously improve the merchant journey.
- Ensure each merchant receives unmatched service and value from Zid.
You’ll Excel in This Role If You:

- Are data-driven and capable of extracting actionable insights from performance metrics.

- Excel at written and verbal communication, and can tailor messaging to different audiences.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Enterprise Relationship Management (eCommerce experience preferred).
- Proven success in managing and growing large accounts.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with dashboards, reporting tools, or CRMs.
- Hands-on experience working with eCommerce platforms and SaaS tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Self-starter attitude, with a passion for solving problems and delivering results.
- Willingness to travel for key meetings and industry events.
