We’re looking for a Senior Specialist, Merchants Growth to lead our Partner Solutions function—driving strategic partnerships, optimizing platform performance, and unlocking new growth opportunities for Zid merchants.

What You’ll Do

1. Partner Platform Optimization & Service Delivery

  • Oversee and enhance the partners platform to ensure responsiveness and ease of use.
  • Resolve disputes and ensure fair outcomes that benefit both partners and merchants.
  • Ensure partners can fully leverage the platform’s capabilities for maximum value.

2. Strategic Partnership Development

  • Manage the full partner lifecycle—from identification and onboarding to ongoing success.
  • Evaluate and onboard new partners in relevant industries aligned with Zid’s vision.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership contracts to ensure mutual benefit and compliance.

3. Performance Programs & Partner Enablement

  • Design incentive programs to drive partner engagement and performance.
  • Deliver enablement, training, and ongoing support to maximize partner contribution.
  • Roll out platform updates and ensure partners adopt new features seamlessly.

4. Partner Performance & Reporting

  • Track partner KPIs and analyze impact on merchant success and platform growth.
  • Generate regular performance reports with insights and improvement plans.

5. Merchant-Focused Growth Services

  • Develop and deliver tailored growth services that help merchants increase revenue.
  • Evaluate impact through performance metrics and continuously improve offerings.
  • Stay ahead of trends in the digital services space to align with merchant needs.

6. Cross-Team Collaboration & Campaign Support

  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Merchant Relations to align goals and execution.
  • Support co-branded campaigns and initiatives with strategic partners.
  • Act as the go-to expert for growth initiatives and ecosystem collaboration.

7. Market Representation & Brand Building

  • Represent Zid at industry events and conferences related to partnerships and growth.
  • Reinforce Zid’s image as a trusted, innovative growth enabler in the market.

8. Team Leadership & Knowledge Sharing

  • Mentor junior team members and onboard new hires with best practices.
  • Lead internal workshops on data analysis, growth strategies, and partnership execution.

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, partnerships, or business development.
  • Proven ability to design and implement growth strategies with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience leading projects and cross-functional initiatives.
