We’re looking for Specialist, IT Support to be the go-to tech partner for our internal teams. You’ll own key processes like onboarding/offboarding, licensing management, and remote technical support — helping us stay secure, efficient, and always one step ahead.

What You’ll Do
1. Onboarding & Offboarding Excellence
- Set up new joiners with everything they need — from account access to device readiness.
- Conduct briefings to guide employees on systems, tools, and IT policies.
- Offboard departing team members securely, collecting devices and revoking access.
2. Licensing & Contract Management
- Own the full lifecycle of software licenses: track, renew, optimize, and stay compliant.
- Maintain up-to-date records and collaborate with vendors for smooth renewals.
- Manage a centralized contract database for third-party tools and services.
3. Day-to-Day Tech Support
- Provide remote support to all teams as needed.
- Troubleshoot system issues quickly and effectively — from connectivity to logins.
- Escalate complex problems while documenting solutions for future reference.
4. Security & Systems Monitoring
- Help monitor office internet remotely and support the implementation of IT policies.
- Improve security across company devices and ensure proper access governance.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with onboarding/offboarding and license tracking.
- Proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.
- Familiarity with contract administration and compliance processes.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
