At Zid, we’re building Total Commerce platform for the GCC, and the foundation of that growth starts with helping new merchants onboard, activate, and thrive.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, Marketplaces to lead the charge on merchant acquisition and marketplace integrations. You’ll own the strategy and execution for our flagship Marketplace products, including Mazeed.sa, and integrations with other leading platforms.

What You’ll Do?

1. Strategy & Roadmap Execution

  • Partner with the Product Director to define and drive the Marketplace Squad strategy.
  • Own the roadmap across merchant onboarding, KYC, activation, and marketplace integrations.
  • Align goals with business priorities and track progress against core KPIs.

2. Mazeed Adoption & Marketplace Growth

  • Optimize the Mazeed experience to boost adoption and merchant value.
  • Lead integrations with top regional marketplaces—ensuring stability, usability, and merchant success.

3. Seamless Onboarding & Activation Journeys

  • Design flows and checklists that reduce friction and get merchants to their first sale faster.
  • Improve activation rate, reduce time-to-value, and streamline go-live processes.

4. Unified KYC & Compliance Experience

  • Collaborate with internal teams to build a seamless KYC and verification experience.
  • Balance speed and compliance to remove barriers and boost conversion.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, CRM, operations, and growth teams.
  • Lead cross-team initiatives that drive marketplace adoption and onboarding performance.

6. Experimentation & Insights

  • Use funnel data, behavior analytics, and A/B testing to identify drop-offs.
  • Continuously iterate and optimize each step of the merchant journey.

7. Outcome-Driven Execution

  • Own and report on key metrics like Activation Rate, Time to 1st Order, and Active Merchant Growth.
  • Prioritize based on impact, not just effort.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years in Product Management, ideally in growth, onboarding, or marketplace domains.
  • Proven success in building or scaling marketplace platforms or integrating with third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Noon, Jahez, etc.).
  • Experience working with marketplace APIs, managing integration workflows, and ensuring high data accuracy across systems.
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in funnel analysis, activation metrics, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
  • Deep understanding of merchant onboarding, KYC flows, and reducing friction in go-live journeys.
  • Comfortable navigating multi-sided platforms, balancing the needs of merchants, partners, and internal teams.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across engineering, design, marketing, CRM, compliance, and operations.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce trends, merchant pain points, and digital retail ecosystems in MENA is a plus.
  • Passionate about empowering SMBs, with a customer-first mindset and product thinking driven by impact.
