At Zid, we’re building a Total Commerce platform for the GCC, and every merchant interaction matters. From SMS to WhatsApp, CRM to call center solutions—our communications backbone fuels trust, retention, and growth.
We’re looking for a Specialist, Integrated Operations to own and optimize our communications workflows and CX technologies. You’ll be the bridge across marketing, product, and support—ensuring that every message, workflow, and merchant interaction is seamless, compliant, and impactful.
Your mission? Streamline communications, enhance CRM and automation, and deliver engaging experiences that keep merchants connected and empowered.

What You’ll Do?
1. Regulatory Compliance & Best Practices
- Ensure all messaging channels (SMS, WhatsApp, etc.) comply with telecom regulations and provider guidelines.
- Keep Zid ahead of industry standards to ensure best-in-class merchant communications.
2. Campaign Management & Execution
- Launch merchant-focused campaigns across push notifications, banners, in-app posts, and guided tours.
- Manage automated WhatsApp workflows that deliver personalized and timely merchant engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with CX, product, and marketing to ensure every touchpoint is aligned and consistent.
3. CRM & Workflow Optimization
- Build and refine workflows within HubSpot to improve lead management and merchant interactions.
- Maintain and update merchant segmentation for targeted campaigns.
- Troubleshoot workflow automation and campaign execution issues to ensure smooth operations.
4. Call Center Solutions & Integration
- Oversee the integration of cloud-based call center solutions with CRM and support tools.
- Configure call routing, IVR systems, and reporting dashboards to boost efficiency and experience.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Track key KPIs like conversion rates, click-through rates, and engagement ROI.
- Build dashboards and provide actionable insights that guide campaign optimization.
- Continuously analyze performance to identify gaps and iterate for improvement.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in CRM management, marketing automation, or communication technology tools.
- Strong experience with Python and PHP (Laravel framework).
- Ability to build, maintain, and troubleshoot backend services and integrations.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, database design, and performance optimization.
- CX & Automation Tools: Familiarity with WhatsApp business solutions, CRM systems, SMS platforms, and automation workflows.
- Analytics: Basic data analysis and segmentation knowledge with a focus on campaign performance.
- Problem-Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot technical issues and drive root-cause solutions.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to align stakeholders across teams.
