We’re looking for an Operations Associate who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys bringing structure to chaos. This role is at the core of daily operations—owning data accuracy, executing critical operational tasks, and making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do:

1. Data Integrity & Validation

• Take full ownership of data integrity across systems.
• Review and validate data to ensure it’s correctly formatted, complete, and reliable.
• Catch inconsistencies and fix issues before they become problems.

2. Manage & Improve Data Flows

• Create, update, and maintain operational data across different tools.
• Ensure smooth and clear data communication across teams.
• Continuously look for ways to improve data quality and processes.

3. Execute Daily Operations

• Handle operational tasks across different tools and systems.
• Manage service activations (promo codes, account setups, etc.)
• Build and maintain internal sheets, trackers, and forms.

Who We’re Looking For:

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Data Analysis, or similar roles.

Skills:

• Professional proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with data analysis and data visualization tools.
• Experience with HubSpot and Slack.

• Extremely detail-oriented (you notice things others miss).
