We’re looking for a Specialist, Sales a motivated and customer focused sales professional who enjoys connecting with merchants, building relationships, and turning opportunities into successful partnerships.

What You'll Do
1. Merchant Acquisition & Lead Generation
- Identify and engage potential merchants through field visits, outbound calls, emails, and product demonstrations.
- Generate and qualify sales opportunities to build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Understand merchant needs and recommend the most suitable Zid solutions.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups to move prospects through the sales funnel and maximize conversion opportunities.
2. Sales Execution & Deal Support
- Support the sales cycle from initial discovery through proposal and deal closure.
- Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to prospective merchants.
- Collaborate with senior team members and managers during negotiations and closing activities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure all opportunities are properly documented and tracked.
3. Merchant Relationship Management
- Build strong and positive relationships with merchants throughout their sales journey.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience by coordinating with relevant teams and supporting merchant activation.
- Maintain regular communication with merchants to understand their evolving business needs.
- Identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
4. Field Presence & Market Intelligence
- Represent Zid at exhibitions, business events, and merchant networking opportunities.
- Conduct structured field visits to expand market reach and strengthen merchant engagement.
- Gather merchant feedback and market insights to support continuous improvement.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends and share relevant findings with the team.
Who We’re Looking For
Experience
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS, eCommerce, technology, or related industries.
- Exposure to B2B sales, lead generation, or field sales activities is preferred.
- Experience working with sales targets and customer-facing environments.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective presentation and relationship building abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft / Google Workspace tools.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
