The Maternal Health Fund (MHF) is recruiting energetic, self-motivated individuals to help expand access to financing and capacity-building opportunities for private healthcare providers across Lagos State.

This is a target-driven, field-based sales role best suited to individuals who enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and earning incentives by achieving measurable results. Successful candidates will spend most of their time visiting hospitals, maternity clinics, pharmacies, and laboratories to introduce the program, recruit eligible facilities, support them through the application process, and ensure successful onboarding.

Please note: This role involves active prospecting, field visits, relationship management, and meeting targets. It is best suited for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, working in the field, and achieving measurable results.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and engage eligible private hospitals, maternity clinics, pharmacies, and laboratories within Lagos.
• Promote the Maternal Health Fund (MHF) and clearly communicate its benefits to prospective healthcare providers.
• Generate qualified leads and achieve assigned recruitment and onboarding targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with facility owners, Medical Directors, hospital administrators, pharmacists, laboratory managers, and other key decision-makers.
• Support interested facilities throughout the application and onboarding process, ensuring all required documentation is accurately completed and submitted.
• Coordinate facility verification and other onboarding activities with the MHF implementation team.
• Conduct facility presentations, sensitization sessions, and one-on-one engagements to increase participation in theprogram.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for participating facilities throughout the onboarding journey, responding promptly to enquiries and providing support where required.
• Maintain accurate records of facility visits, leads, applications, onboarding status, and recruitment activities.
• Submit timely reports on field activities, onboarding progress, challenges, and market feedback.
• Work closely with the MHF Operations Team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for participating facilities.
• Perform any other duties required to support the successful recruitment and onboarding of healthcare providers.

• Recruitment and onboarding of eligible healthcare providers into the Maternal Health Fund.
• A strong pipeline of interested healthcare facilities within your assigned territory.
• Consistent achievement of recruitment and onboarding targets.
• All participating facilities have a smooth and positive onboarding experience.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
• Previous experience in field sales, healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, HMO marketing, business development, provider relations, or customer acquisition is an added advantage.
• Technical skills, for basic reporting with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide user support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse communities.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned territories effectively.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable engaging healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven, field-based environment.
• Willingness to commute extensively within Lagos State.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

This role offers a monthly base allowance complemented by a performance-based incentive structure. In addition to the fixed monthly allowance, successful candidates will earn incentives based on achieving facility recruitment and onboarding targets.
