Who We Are!

Back in 2019, spiderSilk was born with a bold idea: build regional, sovereign cybersecurity IP that could stand tall on the global stage.

Our mission? To shake up the way organizations protect their ever-changing digital worlds with continuous, intelligent, and autonomous security that doesn’t miss a beat.

We’re a global mix of curious minds, problem-solvers, and passionate builders, all united by one goal: making the internet a safer place for everyone. Around here, we thrive on vision, energy, and a strong sense of ownership.

If this feels like your kind of crew, you’ll probably fit right in.

About the Role:

As an AI Engineer at spiderSilk, you will design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence and machine learning models that enhance our cybersecurity platform. Your work will focus on building intelligent systems that detect, analyze, and predict cyber threats at scale - from dark web activity to attack surface exposures. You will collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and security researchers to deliver solutions that are both technically robust and impactful in defending against evolving cyber risks.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, design, and implement AI (LLM, Agents, RAG solutions) to support cybersecurity use cases.

  • Building AI Agents autonomous solutions to augment existing features or build completely new use cases.

  • Evaluate existing solutions to maximize their efficiency and accuracy.

  • Optimize models for performance, scalability, and real-time or near-real-time inference.

  • Stay current with the latest AI advancements, applying cutting-edge research to real-world cybersecurity problems.

Requirements:

  • Experimentation spirit to build AI prototypes to validate solution

  • Deep, hands-on experience building real products with Autonomous Agents and LLMs - not just theoretical knowledge or experimentation, but actual delivery of working systems

  • Strong knowledge of using LLMs across the engineering lifecycle (e.g., coding, code reviews, tooling)

  • A startup mindset - fast-moving, product-focused, and ready to lead by doing

  • Good in Python, Node JS
