Key Responsibilities
Level of Responsibility
- Supports the operational execution of both acquisition and retention strategies.
Key Focus Areas
- Partner with merchants to understand their goals and recommend suitable advertising solutions.
- Assist in developing customized sales plans based on merchant needs.
- Monitor campaign performance and deliver clear reports and insights to merchants.
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities for additional advertising solutions and initiatives.
- Work closely with internal teams (Ad Ops, Brand Studio, CRM, Merchandising) to ensure smooth and effective campaign execution.
