Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership: Lead the technical direction of card processing development, ensuring high-quality standards are met. 70% technical tasks.
  • Communication: act as a primary point of communication with internal and external stakeholders, including Visa and MasterCard, facilitating effective discussions and solutions.
  • Stability and Reliability: Implement and maintain processes to guarantee a stable support function for card processing operations

What you’ll bring

  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering
  • Experience developing scalable FinTech b2c applications
  • Knowledge of Golang, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, Gitlab, Microservices
  • Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs and contributing to product development
  • A passion for writing clean, testable, and maintainable code
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills in English (B2 level or higher)
  • Ability to engage effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on creating innovative solutions.
