About the Role

This is a critical role for an HR professional who thrives in execution and operations. You will own and lead all aspects of HR operations in KSA — from onboarding to offboarding, employee records, payroll, and labor law compliance. You’ll work closely with our People team and business leaders to ensure that our Saudi operations run efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with company values and local regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

⚙️ HR Operations & Compliance
  • Manage all operational HR processes in KSA, including employee documentation, payroll inputs, benefits administration, and HR system updates.
  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor law, SAMA regulations, and internal policies.
  • Own all employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, probation tracking, contract changes, offboarding, and exit documentation.
  • Handle visa processes, GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, HRDF, and other government portals.

🧾 Audit-Ready Processes
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready employee records in line with regulatory and internal audit standards.
  • Lead preparation and coordination for any internal or external HR audits.

🤝 Employee Support & Relations
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from the Saudi team.
  • Support employee relations matters and manage documentation related to warnings, terminations, or grievances.
  • Ensure consistent, fair, and legally compliant HR practices.

📊 Systems, Reporting & Process Improvement
  • Maintain and update HRIS systems with accurate employee data and workflows.
  • Prepare regular HR reports (e.g., headcount, Saudization status, attrition, payroll summaries).
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate manual processes to improve operational efficiency.

👥 Stakeholder Partnership
  • Work closely with managers, Finance, Legal, and external partners (e.g., PROs, payroll vendors).
  • Provide guidance to managers on HR procedures and compliance expectations.

What We're Looking For:

  • 6+ years of HR experience in KSA, with strong exposure to HR operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor law and experience working with SAMA-regulated entities or within financial services.
  • Proven track record managing operational HR tasks with high accuracy and speed.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and local government portals (GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, etc.).
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
