We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to oversee the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer while leading and developing a team of TA Screeners. This role combines hands-on hiring, team supervision, and target planning, with a focus on high-volume recruitment, ATS accuracy and building scalable talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for screening stages in the talent acquisition processes, including securing approvals, conduction intake meetings, posting jobs, sourcing, screening candidates, sending assessments, following up until closing the offer.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Talent Acquisition Screeners, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Manager to execute the hiring plan, ensuring roles are filled timely with top-quality talent and commit to delivery dates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Regularly update recruitment status and workflows in the ATS to reflect real-time progress.
  • Maintain interval control and utilization of the Talent Acquisition screeners team.
  • Set a sourcing strategy for the team.
  • Contribute to workforce planning and talent pipeline building.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • English fluency is a must.
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or senior role.
  • Proven experience in high-volume hiring and recruiting for various functions and levels.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and recruitment tools.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data and recommend improvements.


    Key Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

    • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) platforms (e.g., Taleo, SuccessFactors).
    • Excellent understanding of employee engagement best practices and HR project management.
    • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
    • High level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
    • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
