The Business Continuity Manager is responsible for leading the design, development, and ongoing management of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs) that align with Tweeq’s strategic objectives. This role ensures the integration of BCM within the broader risk management framework and regulatory landscape, with a specific focus on compliance with SAMA and technology resilience requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans across the organization.
- Conduct and oversee risk assessments, Business Impact Analyses, and continuity capability evaluations to ensure robust preparedness.
- Lead and coordinate Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and execution activities, including developing, testing, and validating Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) to ensure operational resilience during disruptions.
- Ensure all BCM activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements including SAMA, PDPL, and AML/KYC.
- Stay current with industry standards, guidelines, and best practices in BCM, disaster recovery, and enterprise risk management.
- Collaborate closely with the enterprise risk and IT teams to identify, assess, and mitigate organizational risks, particularly those related to technology.
- Drive the integration of BCM practices into the organization’s risk management framework.
- Provide data-driven insights to improve risk mitigation strategies and continuity planning.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports and updates for senior leadership and the BCM Committee regarding the status and effectiveness of continuity efforts.
- Develop and lead training sessions, workshops, and awareness initiatives across all departments to foster a strong continuity culture.
- Plan, coordinate, and participate in regular BCM drills and exercises to test and validate readiness.
- Support real-time response and recovery activities during incidents or disruptions, ensuring clear communication and coordination among stakeholders.
- Lead post-incident reviews to capture lessons learned and implement continuous improvements.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with departments and external partners to ensure alignment and support of BCM initiatives.
- Continuously review and enhance BCM strategies, tools, and documentation to strengthen overall organizational resilience.
- Monitor emerging risks, technologies, and industry trends to ensure the BCM program remains agile and future-ready.
- Develop and lead training sessions, workshops, and awareness initiatives across all departments to foster a strong continuity culture.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field is required.
- CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional) or equivalent certification required.
- CISA, CISSP, or CFE certifications are highly desirable.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Business Continuity Management, Disaster Recovery, and enterprise risk.
- Proven experience with regulatory compliance, including SAMA (mandatory), PDPL, and AML/KYC.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing BCPs across complex, technology-driven environments.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise risk management frameworks and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
- Experience in facilitating BCM training, awareness programs, and incident response coordination.
