About the role

We are looking for a Head of Product located in UAE to lead the development and growth of our credit financial products, including Tabby Card and personal loans. Tabby Card already has hundreds of thousands of active users in UAE, and your goal will be to scale it sustainably to make it a dominant BNPL / credit card in the region. Also, you and your team will be launching new credit products such as personal loans.

In this role, you will lead a team of 4 Senior PMs and work cross-functionally with business, engineering, design, data, marketing, legal and compliance teams to deliver a seamless and scalable digital experience for millions of customers.

What you will be doing

  • Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Credit across Tabby Card and new lending products, with clear north-star metrics and guardrails.
  • Lead, coach, and scale a team of Senior PMs; set high quality bars, establish operating rituals, and grow future leaders.
  • Work closely with legal, compliance, security and core teams to ensure that products meet local regulations and security standards but without killing innovation — because we are about balance.
  • Keep an ear to the ground on market trends, user behaviour, and competitors to keep us ahead of the game.
  • Drive an experimentation culture: define hypotheses, run A/B tests, and use causal methods to inform decisioning and incrementality.
  • Own the entire product lifecycle — from rare ideas to full-fledged fintech magic, being the glue between engineering, designers, marketing and compliance making sure everyone’s on the same page
  • Set and track KPIs like a pro to track progress and measure improvements.

What you will need

  • 5+ years in product management with at least 2+ years leading other PMs as Head of Product or equivalent.
  • Strong fintech background with direct ownership of credit or lending products at scale.
  • Deep understanding of the consumer credit lifecycle: acquisition, KYC, underwriting, line assignment, authorization, rewards, delinquency management, and collections.
  • Proven track record of managing complex product lifecycles and delivering successful products.
  • Excellent cross‑functional leadership partnering with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Data, Finance, Ops, and external vendors.
  • Based in UAE or willing to relocate; fluent in English.
