As a People Operations Associate, you will be a trusted point of contact for employees in our contact centres, ensuring their day-to-day HR needs are handled efficiently, accurately, and with care.
In this role, you will help create a positive and well-supported employee experience by maintaining accurate people data, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws, and supporting smooth, reliable people operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
In your role, you will:
HRIS Administration & Data Ownership
- Maintain accurate employee data for KSA employees by processing updates under established guidelines and supervision.
- Execute employee lifecycle transactions such as new hires, salary changes, promotions, transfers, employee record updates, and terminations with attention to detail and timeliness.
- Support periodic data audits by preparing reports, validating records, and flagging discrepancies for review.
- Assist with system updates and coordinate with HQ to ensure data alignment across HR platforms.
Employee Services & Advisory Support
- Act as an initial point of contact for routine employee HR inquiries, ensuring a professional and service-oriented experience.
- Process standard employee requests including HR letters, salary certificates, leave balance inquiries, and basic employee data updates.
- Share policy and process information with employees, escalating complex or sensitive cases to senior HR team members.
HQ & External Stakeholder Coordination
- Support day-to-day HR transactions in coordination with HQ and external partners, following defined processes.
- Prepare and submit documentation for GOSI registrations, updates, and removals, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate medical insurance enrollment and changes, and support employees with basic claims-related queries.
- Prepare Qiwa contract documentation and support renewals or amendments under guidance.
- Develop working knowledge of KSA people operations requirements and government systems.
Offboarding & Exit Management

Support offboarding activities by coordinating documentation, system updates, and clearance steps in line with procedures.
- Assist in preparing termination documents and final settlement calculations for review and approval.
- Ensure timely submission of required updates to internal systems and government portals.
- Support exit interview administration and documentation.
Compliance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Follow established HR policies and local labor requirements to support compliance.
- Maintain organized and accurate employee records to support audits and internal reviews.
- Prepare basic reports and data summaries for senior HR team review.
- Suggest process improvements and support implementation efforts under supervision.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS management, and employee lifecycle support.
- Familiarity with platforms including BambooHR, Lattice, Jira, and Google Workspace is preferred;
- Background in a fast-growing scale-up is highly beneficial, particularly in the tech sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and support operational improvements.
- Experience in Saudi labor laws and HR regulations, with the ability to apply them independently in day-to-day operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Full professional proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
