About the role


Tabby empowers people with the flexibility and freedom to buy what they want and pay over time without any interest or fees. Tabby is MENA's first and largest buy now, pay later (BNPL) provider with over 40,000 retailers online and in-store, and a millions shoppers.


We need a hands-on, data-obsessed performance marketer to own paid acquisition in KSA end-to-end. You'll build campaigns, manage platforms daily, and report results. This role sits at the intersection of media buying, creative strategy, and measurement science. You'll work across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and programmatic to drive efficient new user growth at scale.

You will:


  • Run campaigns hands-on. Build, launch, optimize, and troubleshoot directly inside ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, programmatic DSPs).
  • Master attribution and measurement. Work daily with Adjust (our MMP), configure postbacks, validate event mapping, troubleshoot SDK discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy across all channels and OS updates (SKAN, Privacy Sandbox).
  • Measure what matters. Develop dashboards and weekly/monthly reporting. Flag what's working, what's not, and what to do next. Design and execute incrementality tests (geo-lift, holdout, conversion lift studies) to separate true impact from attribution noise. You understand that last-click is not the full picture
  • Leverage AI tools. Adopt and integrate AI-native workflows for creative production, audience research, bid optimization, and reporting automation. We expect you to be curious about and actively using AI in your day-to-day work

This might be right for you if you have:

  • 3+ years in performance marketing, focused on mobile app acquisition
  • Direct experience in digital ad managers (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic, Affiliates, App Store Ads, Snapchat Ads) and able to set up campaigns, manage insights and adjust based on performance.
  • Direct, hands-on campaign management experience across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat. You can set up a campaign from scratch, not just review reports
  • Experience working with Adjust. You understand postback configuration, event mapping, cohort analysis
